The objectives of this campaign are to create a successful and effective advertising campaign that will benefit Trader Joe’s and fulfill the following objectives through social media and community outreach. Our most important goals are to increase sales at Trader Joe’s grocery stores and maintaining customer loyalty. And behind that, we will try to establish a more direct relationship with customers and receive direct feedback as well as help create a more distinct brand equity for Trader Joe’s.
With social media, we consistently advertise Trader Joe’s products to followers and gain attention for future customers since the different platforms of social media also appeals to a wider range of demographics to help Trader Joe’s gain more awareness outside of its customers. It also creates a convenient and direct path that customers can use to communicate with the store directly allowing for feedback and improved relationship with consumers. Charity outreach through corporate partnerships and local community outreach also helps increase sales from cross promotion as well as helping Trader Joe’s create a more charitable image to help its brand.
